Cancellation Policy
•I charge a 30% cancelation fee for no-shows of the scheduled appointment time.
•I also charge a 20% fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
•If I’m contacted within 12 hours of the appointment time and the cancellation is due to an emergency, then I will not charge a cancellation fee.
